Ingredients to make Dry Fruits Halwa
Chopped dates – 1 cup
Chopped figs – 1 cup
Cashew nuts chopped – 1/4 cup
Chopped almonds – 1/4 cup
Chopped walnuts – 1/4 cup
Pistachios chopped – 1/4 cup
Milk – 1 tbsp
Desi ghee – 2 tbsp
How to make Dry Fruits Halwa
To make dry fruits halwa full of taste and nutrition, first of all wash and clean the dates, take out the kernels and chop them finely. After this, take dry figs and cut them into fine pieces. Now finely chop cashews, pistachios, walnuts and almonds. Now put all the dry fruits except dates and figs in the mixer jar and grind them. Keep in mind that they are not to be made powder but to be kept coarse.
After this take out this mixture in a bowl. Now put dates and figs in the mixer jar and blend it by adding milk and ghee. After blending well, take out this mixture in a bowl. Now heat a pan on medium flame and first add dry fruits powder and then add fig-date paste and cook it.

Cook the mixture for 4-5 minutes while stirring. In this time, the paste will cook well and a wet smell will start coming from it. After this, turn off the gas and let the pudding cool down. Dry fruits halwa is ready. If you want, you can set it and serve it after cutting it like barfi.
